Refund Policy – Ayub Fumigation Services

1. Service Bookings

At Ayub Fumigation Services, we strive to provide high-quality pest control and fumigation services. When you book a service through our website, phone, or in person, your booking is confirmed once payment (full or partial) is received.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

    • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, only 50% of the advance payment will be refunded, as operational costs are already incurred.

  • No-Show / Last-Minute Cancellation:

    • If our team arrives at the location but the customer is unavailable or cancels on the spot, the advance payment will not be refunded.


3. Company-Initiated Cancellation

If for any reason Ayub Fumigation Services has to cancel or reschedule your service (e.g., due to weather conditions, staff unavailability, or emergencies), you will receive:

  • A full refund of your advance payment, OR

  • The option to reschedule the service at a convenient date without extra charges.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, mobile wallet, or cash, depending on how payment was made).


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered in full.

  • Dissatisfaction arising due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., recurring pest issues caused by hygiene/environmental conditions at the premises).

  • Misuse of chemicals, treatments, or guarantees due to customer negligence.
