Refund Policy – Ayub Fumigation Services
1. Service Bookings
At Ayub Fumigation Services, we strive to provide high-quality pest control and fumigation services. When you book a service through our website, phone, or in person, your booking is confirmed once payment (full or partial) is received.
2. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, only 50% of the advance payment will be refunded, as operational costs are already incurred.

No-Show / Last-Minute Cancellation:

If our team arrives at the location but the customer is unavailable or cancels on the spot, the advance payment will not be refunded.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellation
If for any reason Ayub Fumigation Services has to cancel or reschedule your service (e.g., due to weather conditions, staff unavailability, or emergencies), you will receive:

A full refund of your advance payment, OR

The option to reschedule the service at a convenient date without extra charges.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, mobile wallet, or cash, depending on how payment was made).
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Services already delivered in full.

Dissatisfaction arising due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., recurring pest issues caused by hygiene/environmental conditions at the premises).

Misuse of chemicals, treatments, or guarantees due to customer negligence.
